Foundation of Building Materials Industry
The predecessor of the business ecosystem was formed from state-owned enterprises in the field of building materials production, including Thai Son Cement Joint Stock Company Ha Tay and Ha Tay Building Materials Joint Stock Company.
Establishment of TSG Investment and Construction Company
TSG Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company was established, operating in the construction and project execution field. This was one of the core units in the business ecosystem that followed.
Establishment of Phu Thai Company
Phu Thai Limited Company was established, operating in the field of trading building materials and construction projects. The company gradually expanded its operations in material supply and participated in construction projects in Hanoi and nearby provinces.
Equitization of Building Materials Enterprises
State-owned enterprises in the ecosystem, including Thai Son Cement Joint Stock Company Ha Tay and Ha Tay Building Materials Joint Stock Company, were equitized to convert to joint stock company model to improve operational efficiency and expand production scale.
Equitization of TSG Investment and Construction Company
TSG Investment and Construction Company officially converted to joint stock company model, creating a foundation for expansion of operations in the field of investment and construction.
Establishment of Group and Expansion to Investment Sector
On March 2, 2015, TSG Group was established based on the development and linkage of enterprises in the ecosystem. In the same year, Phu Thai Company merged into the TSG system, marking an important transition from trading and construction to investment and project development.
Launch of First Project
Park View Residence project in Duong Noi urban area, Ha Dong was launched as the main contractor, marking the beginning of TSG's journey in residential project development.
Expansion into Manufacturing Sector
TSG acquired Thai Son Cement Company, officially expanding operations to building materials manufacturing, completing the value chain from material production, construction to project investment and development.
Launch of First Urban Development Project as Investor
Bor Song Dinh New Urban Area project in Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuan Province was approved for investment. This is TSG's first project as the investor, marking a new development stage in the urban development field.
Expansion into Social Housing Development
TSG continues to expand investment operations with the implementation of multiple social housing projects in Hanoi and other localities, contributing to the Government's housing development program.
Growth and Urban Development Phase
